Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when we accept payment or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm the order by email or phone. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Ghana cedis and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Online payments are handled by Paystack; cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, courier issues or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help resolve problems.
Returns
Returns are handled under our returns and refunds policy.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or submit false orders. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Liability
We take care to describe products accurately, but product packaging and instructions may change. Always read the label before use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
